Privacy Policy

Overview

Reeserved is a scheduling platform that connects businesses with their customers. We collect only the data necessary to provide the service and never sell, share, or monetize your personal information.

For Business Owners

When you sign up, we collect:

• Name, email, and phone number (for your account)
• Business name, type, address, and city (for your public booking page)
• Schedule and pricing data you enter

This data is stored securely in our database and is only accessible to you and your staff. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) for data storage with row-level security enforced.

For Customers Booking

When you make a booking, we collect:

• Name and phone number (required)
• Email (optional)

This information is shared only with the business you are booking with. We do not use it for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose.

We do not use browser geolocation, cookies, or tracking pixels on booking pages. The business directory uses city-level filtering only.

Payments

Reeserved records payment labels (cash, UPI, card) and amounts for bookkeeping. We never collect, process, or store card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank account details. When online payments are supported in the future, they will be processed through a certified payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay or Stripe).

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for anonymous, aggregate performance metrics (page load times, web vitals). These do not track individual users or use cookies.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Business owners can request full data deletion by contacting us. Customer booking data is retained per the business's needs and can be deleted by the business owner.
